In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "a9win," "the Company," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of the a9win platform accessible at a9win.cam and all associated subdomains and services.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any natural person who registers for or uses an a9win account.
• "Platform" means the a9win website, all gaming interfaces, the mobile web application, and any associated APIs or software services.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player on the a9win Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player, held in the Player's a9win account wallet, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).

• Account currency: All a9win accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). No currency conversion is applied by a9win; however, your payment provider (e.g., GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO) may apply its own terms.

a9win is required to verify the identity of its players in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering and responsible gaming regulations. KYC verification is mandatory before a Player may process their first withdrawal and may also be required in connection with certain deposit thresholds or bonus claims.

Acceptable forms of identity documentation include, but are not limited to:

• Philippine Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following request will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed. a9win reserves the right to hold funds pending verification and to return deposits to the source payment method if verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.

a9win accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and QR Ph. All deposit methods are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).

1. Minimum deposit: ₱100 for e-wallet payments (GCash, Maya, GrabPay); ₱200 for bank transfers and InstaPay.
2. Processing time: GCash and Maya deposits credit to your a9win balance instantly in most cases. Bank transfers via InstaPay typically clear within 1–5 minutes during normal operating hours.
3. Deposits are final: Once a deposit is confirmed and credited, it may not be reversed except in cases of verified system error, in which case a9win's determination shall be final.
4. Third-party deposits: Deposits from payment accounts not registered in your own name are strictly prohibited. a9win reserves the right to return such deposits and suspend the associated account.
5. Deposit limits: Players may set voluntary deposit limits from within their account settings. Once set, a deposit limit reduction takes effect immediately; an increase to a previously set limit is subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.

a9win processes withdrawal requests subject to the following conditions:

• KYC prerequisite: Withdrawal processing requires that the Player's account has completed and passed KYC verification. a9win will not release funds to an unverified account.
• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 for all supported withdrawal methods.
• Withdrawal to source: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where operationally practicable. a9win may require additional verification where a Player requests withdrawal to a different method.
• Processing times: GCash and Maya withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day depending on the receiving institution.
• Bonus conditions: Real-money withdrawal requests cannot be processed while an active bonus balance with unfulfilled wagering requirements is attached to the account, unless the Player elects to forfeit the remaining bonus balance.
• Right to investigate: a9win reserves the right to delay any withdrawal pending a compliance or security review. The Player will be notified of any such delay and the reason where permitted by law.

a9win offers promotions to its players from time to time, including welcome deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and referral rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific terms published on the Current Offers page:

1. Each promotion may only be claimed once per eligible Player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
2. Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements are met in full.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the a9win Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in any of the following may be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement where applicable:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence system to place bets or interact with the Platform in any automated manner.
• Collusion with other players or with Platform staff for the purpose of influencing game outcomes or gaining unfair advantage.
• Match-fixing, manipulation of sports events on which wagers are placed, or any communication with participants in such events for the purpose of influencing the outcome.
• Exploitation of software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any suspected bug must be reported to a9win support immediately; exploitation of a known bug will be treated as fraud.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering or terrorist financing purpose, or in a manner that violates applicable Philippine anti-money laundering law.
• Permitting, assisting, or enabling any person under 21 years of age to access or use an a9win account.
• Registering multiple accounts or providing false identity information for any purpose.

3. Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct;
4. Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute raised by or on behalf of the Player;
5. A Player's voluntary request for self-exclusion;
6. Regulatory directive or court order requiring suspension or closure;
7. The account has been inactive (no login and no balance activity) for a continuous period of twenty-four (24) months.

Upon permanent account closure for cause (i.e., due to breach), a9win reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending the outcome of any investigation. Where closure is at the Player's own request and no breach is involved, outstanding real-money balances (net of any unmet bonus conditions) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

All content on the a9win Platform — including but not limited to the a9win brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, software, and game interfaces provided by a9win (as distinct from third-party game content) — is the intellectual property of a9win or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any a9win content without prior written consent.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. a9win makes no representation that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from malicious code, and does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any content provided through the Platform.

The collection, use, and storage of personal data provided by Players in connection with their a9win accounts is governed by the a9win Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

a9win collects personal data including, but not limited to, registration details, KYC documents, transaction records, device and connection data, and gameplay activity for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and service improvement. a9win reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the a9win Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the a9win Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their place of residence or access. a9win makes no representation that access to the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions, and access from jurisdictions in which online gambling is prohibited is done entirely at the Player's own risk and is not permitted under these Terms.
